- Select Settings and then choose the Set Up Internet Connection option.
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and press the DualSense controller’s Options button.
- Select either the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz option.
- Restart your console.
If this doesn’t work, change the DNS settings, reboot your console and Wi-Fi router, and clear the console cache.

- Select Secondary DNS and enter 1.0.0.1.
- Close settings and restart your PS5 for the changes to take effect.
Reboot the Router & Console
To reboot your Wi-Fi router, turn it off using the Power button. If it doesn’t have one, disconnect it from the power source.
Wait for 1 to 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
Turn On the router.
When the router is initializing, restart your console.
To restart your PlayStation 5, hold its Power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
